iOS 6.1 maps doesn't render roads but works in hybrid

After iOS 6.1 updated, it broke maps. Does anyone know how to force reload just Maps without wiping the phone and reloading?

In standard mode, maps doesn't render any roads at all, but works in hybrid mode. satellite mode works just fine. The bug appears to only affect standard mode on iPhone 5 with iOS 6.1.
